If you are unable to book online, for the quickest response please email the Festival on admin@tetburymusicfestival.org so that a volunteer can assist you. 

Alternatively please call 07756 349245 during office hours. Please leave a message if you go to voicemail, and include your name and phone number and someone will call you back as soon as they can.

Useful information

Doors open 45 minutes before the start of the concert. 

The Bar will be open before the concert and during the interval.

 

Conditions of Sale

​

All tickets are sold subject to the right of TMF to make any alterations to the published concert programmes or performers which may be necessary owing to illness or other unavoidable causes. Tickets are not refundable except in the case of cancellation or postponement of the concert.

However if the concert is sold out and if there is a waiting list for tickets, tickets may be resold on your behalf. There is an admin fee of £10 per ticket. Please contact the box office to discuss the return.

 

Covid-19 or similar: In the case of the Festival concerts having to be cancelled or postponed due to government guidance all affected customers will be refunded the purchase price of their tickets including the booking fee.
